Virginie Bellaton is the founder and director of PIAF Consulting. Motivated by a deep commitment to transformative progress, she developed POWER SUITE, a strategic framework designed to enhance meaningful and long-term collaboration through feminist leadership. Rooted in trust-building and guided by a strong conviction in diversity, equity and inclusion programming, her international initiative brings together experts dedicated to advancing sustainable and impactful cooperation.
With over 15 years of experience in international collaboration, Virginie has worked with diverse teams around the world, cultivating strong partnerships and successful cooperation in multicultural environments. Her expertise encompasses inclusive and equity-driven leadership, international partnership development, business and project management, strategic consulting, and capacity building.
Virginie Bellaton holds a master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University, where she specialised in gender, diplomacy, international relations and policy. A passionate advocate for women's rights and more caring, inclusive societies, her academic research focused on feminist methodologies for crisis prevention and management.
